Delete an Allergy
If a patient's allergies are recorded incorrectly or are no longer relevant, you can delete the allergy record.

Allergies / Adverse Reactions section.Procedure
To delete a patient's allergy:

In the patient's
record, locate and click
Check For Allergies / Adverse Reactions at the top of
the window.

In the Allergies / Adverse Reactions section, locate the
allergy you want to delete and click
Delete.
- In the Remove allergy panel, click Remove.
