- Communicate with Patients
  Users can communicate with patients electronically using SMS and email.

  Use the Message Centre to manage recalls, tasks, investigation results and health summaries, and to send messages and review the communications log.
  - Recalls in the Message Centre
    Manage recall notifications from the Message Centre.
  - Tasks
    Tasks created by practitioners during a consult, or from the Message Centre are sent as messages to the assigned person.
  - Inbox
    Use the Message Centre Inbox to view patients' investigation results and health summaries that were delivered electronically to your health centre.
  - Outbox
    The Outbox lists outgoing letters, documents and messages that were sent securely via HealthLink from a patient's record.

      View messages in the Outbox.
  - Document Management System (DMS)
    Use the DMS to add documents to Helix and match documents to a patient.
  - Comms Log
    View communications, such as SMS appointment reminders and rescheduled appointments or emails, sent to patients from your centre, sent letter via email and the statuses of those communications.
- Referrals
  A health care professional writes a referral to request that another HCP or healthcare organisation provide an expert opinion, diagnosis, or treatment for a patient's medical condition.
- Create and Send Secure Documents
  Send referral letters, medical certificates, health assessments or other medical documents securely to other clinicians using Secure Message Delivery (SMD).
- Printer Settings
  Configure up to four printers for general printing, imaging requests, pathology requests, and prescriptions.

Search	Search for the documents relating to a specific patient.
Previous	Click to display the previous inbox item.
Next	Click to display the next inbox item.
Full screen	Click to view an enlarged version of the document.
Close full screen	Click to exit from the full screen mode.
Previous page	Click to display the previous page of the document.
Next page	Click to display the next page of the document.
First page	Go to the first page of a multi-page document.
Last page	Go to the last page of a multi-page document.
Fit width	Click to display the document to fit the screen width.
Fit page	Click to fit the whole document page to the screen size.
Zoom	Select the zoom percentage to display the document.
Print	Print the selected document.
Sent	SmartForm has been successfully sent to a specialist from Helix through HealthLink SmartForms portal.
Received	Helix confirms that SmartForm has been received by a specialist.
Accepted	Specialist has accepted a SmartForm.
Rejected	Specialist has been rejected a SmartForm.
