Record the MyMedicare organisation ID provided by MyMedicare online in Helix .

About this task

Add your MyMedicare organisation ID in the Centre Management from the Settings iconSettings menu. This ID applies to all centres.

Procedure

To add your MyMedicare Organisation ID:
  1. Select User iconuser > Settings iconSettings.
  2. In the Settings window, select Centre > Centre Settings.
    You are redirected to the Centre Management window.
  3. To integrate with MyMedicare, in the MyMedicare Organisation ID field, enter the 10-digit organisation ID provided by Medicare Online.

  4. Click Edit_iconSave.

Results

Your MyMedicare organisation ID is saved in the Centre Management.

What to do next

To edit your MyMedicare organisation ID:
  1. Locate to the MyMedicare Organisation ID field and click Edit_iconEdit.
  2. In the MyMedicare Organisation ID field, enter a new 10-digit organisation ID.
  3. Click Edit_iconSave.
