Customise and manage Helix for your health service.
- User Management
  Everyone who needs to access Helix should be added as a user and assigned to a role. Permissions to access various parts of Helix are assigned to roles. The permissions assigned determine what each user can access in Helix.
- Centre Settings
  Manage your centre's settings and associated details such as adding a new centre, recording your organisation ID to integrate with MyMedicare, updating centre profile, billing information, work areas and other relevant details.
- Immunisation Schedule Management
  Create a new immunisation schedule, edit the schedule and activate it.
- Template Management
  All templates used in the Letter Writer are managed from the Template Management system.
- Preferences
  Enable ePrescribing, RTPM and set your display preferences.
- Abbreviations
  Abbreviations are essentially frequently used text inserted into a patient's consult using keystrokes.

  PKI certificates are required by many businesses for maintaining access to digital health tools including electronic prescribing and My Health Record.

Before you begin

Permissions:

View Audit Logs

Procedure

To search the logs:

Select user > Settings.
Select Centre > Audit.
In the Audit Log window, apply one or more of the following filters:
- Activity - the activity for which you want to search, for example, Login.
- Centre
- User - Users are grouped by occupation
- Patient
- Start Date and Time
- End Date and Time
Click Search.

Results

A list of audit logs is displayed in the Results section.

What to do next

To view the details of one of the log entries, select it. The changes are displayed in the Changes section.

To export the audit log to a CSV file, click Export.
