- Health Summary
  Information entered by a practitioner during a consult is added to a patient's Health Summary.
- Consultations
  Record details of a clinical consultation in the Consult panel of the patient's record.
- Patient Timeline
  A summary of the patient's clinical history is displayed in the Patient Timeline.
- Medications
  Helix uses the MDref medications database provided by AusDI.
- Immunisations
  Before you administer an immunisation to a patient, check the immunisations that have already been administered on the AIR and the immunisations due.
- Allergies
  A patient's drug allergies can be added to their record.
- Chronic Disease Management
  Use the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) feature to specify care plans, cycle of care for asthma or diabetes, and GP Mental Health Treatment Plans.

History

Record a patient's clinical history in the History section of the Consult Notes.

Each History tab contains a number of categories where you can record a patient's history using a variety of controls. The content of each tab can differ, depending on the patient's recorded sex.
