Before you begin

About this task

These steps are required only for current Fetch Clients that are transitioning to the Fetch API.

Procedure

For practices using the Fetch Client:

Check if there are unprocessed HL7 files in the Fetch Client.

Note:
Any unprocessed files should be processed before you proceed to the next step. This ensures no data loss when the Fetch Client is disabled.
Stop the Fetch Client retrieving reports. All reports should now be delivered by the Fetch API.
