Configure Investigation and Secure Messaging Providers

Integrate pathology and radiology labs and secure messaging providers with Helix.

Before you begin

Before your centre can use any of these services, you must first configure the integration.

You will need the service's username and password to configure the integration.

Procedure

  1. Select User iconuser > Settings iconSettings.
  2. Select Centre > Centre Settings.
  3. In the Centre Management window, locate the centre you want to edit.
  4. Hover your mouse over the centre name, and click Edit iconEdit.
  5. On the Messaging Providers tab, enter the username and password for the required service.

  6. Click Save.
