To use HealthLink SmartForms, your organisation must have a HealthLink account and your Helix instance must be configured to access the forms.

To use HealthLink SmartForms, your organisation must have a HealthLink account and your Helix instance must be configured to access the forms.

Before you begin

Update Users
Update Centre Settings

Register your organisation with HealthLink at HealthLink Support. Remember the EDI code and password provided to you.

About this task

Record the provider number and EDI details in the user > Settings -Icon

Settings window.

Procedure

To enable interaction with HealthLink SmartForms:

Each centre must add their HealthLink EDI number to Helix. Add the number in user > Settings > Centre > Centre Settings > > Edit Centre > Messaging Providers tab.
Each user must have a provider number recorded for each centre from which they want to send eReferrals. Set the provider number in user > Settings > Users > Account List > Edit > Account Details section under each practitioner's centre.
