Appointment Status
In appointment bookings, icons are used to indicate the status of the appointment.
Permissions:
- View Appointments
- View All Appointment Books
- Edit Appointments
- Create Appointments
- Delete Appointments
- Create Visits and Arrive Appointments

| The appointment has been confirmed by practitioners or clerical staff. | |
| The appointment has been rescheduled by practice staff. | |
| The appointment has been cancelled by practice staff. | |
| The appointment has been set as patient arrived by practice staff. | |
| The appointment has been set as patient did not arrive by practice staff. | |
| The appointment has been booked for a provisional patient. | |
| Practice staff added a note in the Notes field while booking the appointment for the patient. | |
| The appointment is one event in a set of recurring appointments. | |
| A clinical caution has been added for this patient. | |
| The appointment is set for a Telehealth - Video consultation. | |
| The appointment is set for a Telehealth - Phone consultation. | |
| The appointment has been booked with a billing type of Medicare. | |
| The appointment has been booked with a billing type of DVA. | |
| The appointment has been booked with a billing type of Private. | |
