Create a Support Ticket

If you encounter any problem with Helix, you can contact the support team by creating a ticket.

Important:
Fields marked with an *Asterisk are mandatory.

About this task

Use Helix Support portal to create a support ticket for your query.

Procedure

To create a ticket:
  1. In your browser, navigate to Helix Support portal.
  2. On the Web page, scroll down and locate the Contact Support section.

  3. In the Contact Support section, provide the following details:
    1. From the Enquiry Type list, select Support. This is the default option.
    2. From the Please select a product list, select Helix.
    3. In the Contact name field, enter your name or the name of a contact person for your centre.
    4. In the Email address field, enter a contact email address.
    5. In the Mobile number field, enter your work phone number.
    6. In the Practice ID field, enter your practice ID if available.
    7. In the Your message field, enter a detailed description of your message or query.
  4. Click Submit ➔.

Results

Your ticket is submitted to Helix support team. A confirmation message is displayed on the screen and the team will follow up on your query.
