Create a Support Ticket
If you encounter any problem with Helix, you can contact the support team by creating a ticket.

About this task
Procedure
To create a ticket:
- In your browser, navigate to Helix Support portal.

On the Web page, scroll down and locate the
Contact Support section.

In the Contact Support section, provide the following
details:
- From the Enquiry Type list, select Support. This is the default option.
- From the Please select a product list, select Helix.
- In the Contact name field, enter your name or the name of a contact person for your centre.
- In the Email address field, enter a contact email address.
- In the Mobile number field, enter your work phone number.
- In the Practice ID field, enter your practice ID if available.
- In the Your message field, enter a detailed description of your message or query.
- Click Submit ➔.
