- Health Summary
  Information entered by a practitioner during a consult is added to a patient's Health Summary.
- Consultations
  Record details of a clinical consultation in the Consult panel of the patient's record.
  - Consult Timer
    Consultations are timed automatically in Helix. You can start a consult timer automatically or manually.

    You can start a new consult for a patient from an existing consult.

- Patient Timeline
  A summary of the patient's clinical history is displayed in the Patient Timeline.

  Before you administer an immunisation to a patient, check the immunisations that have already been administered on the AIR and the immunisations due.
- Allergies
  A patient's allergies can be added to their record.

  Use the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) feature to specify care plans, cycle of care for asthma or diabetes, and GP Mental Health Treatment Plans.

  Investigations can be requested by a practitioner from within a patient's clinical record.

  The tasks module allows users to send messages (tasks) to other users throughout the medical centre.

  Securely upload a patient's health data and specific events, including acute care episodes, urgent treatments, or interventions outside the usual care provider to their My Health Record.

About AI Scribe

AI Scribe is an integrated feature within the Consult screen that can be used to capture and generate consultation notes in Helix.

During an active consultation with a single patient, you can select AI Scribe from the top of the Consult screen to launch AI Scribe. When launched, the AI Scribe panel opens on the right side of the screen.

While AI Scribe is in progress, you can navigate to other areas of Helix without interrupting the AI Scribe transcription. When you open a different pane, the AI Scribe panel is minimised and displayed as a tab on the right side of the screen. An AI Scribe is in progress indicator is displayed at the top and bottom right of the screen to show that AI Scribe continues uninterrupted in the background.
